Kaitlyn Ludlow-Broback (she/her) is a change maker, dreamer, community-builder, and Donor Relations Manager at Beloved Arise.

When she joined Beloved Arise in March 2022, she jumped feet first into launching and managing various youth programs. Now, she leads Beloved Arise’s community engagement efforts including the More Love 100 community, volunteer opportunities, the Community Map, and all fundraising campaigns, along with assisting in the development and management of the Beloved Arise mentorship program.

Kaitlyn holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in Education from the College of Saint Benedict. Her passions lie between creating and implementing organizational and cultural changes to move organizations forward and cultivating community connections through programming, events, and project development.

As an ex-Catholic, now spiritual and religion-questioning individual, Kaitlyn seeks to support all queer youth on their life-long faith and spiritual journey through her work at Beloved Arise. She believes the work of empowering and celebrating queer youth of faith in every way is truly life-saving and life-giving.

Kaitlyn grew up in the Midwest and now lives in Washington, D.C. with her partner and growing collection of houseplants.
