Francxs Placide is a healthcare practitioner who has devoted 35 years to non-profit healthcare service with a primary passion- CREATE ACCESS to QUALITY HEALTH AND CARE for people who live on the margins.

A passionate and award-winning clinician, manager, and administrator with experience leading system transformation, change management, and quality improvement (QI), she has abundant experience facilitating teams to collaborate on supporting people who are frequently marginalized by mainstream systems, including those of us in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Francxs is a professional coach for emerging and seasoned leaders, having spent 30 years in the Army and US Public Health Service leading others toward positively impacting the health and lives of people marginalized by mainstream and oppressive systems. She holds a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from St. Louis University, a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University,

Francxs’ prayer and hope are that every LGBTQIA+ youth will come to KNOW, BELIEVE and EXPERIENCE that the Kingdom of God cannot exist nor thrive without each and every one of them. She deeply believes that LGBTQIA+ people's contributions to love, life, liberty, faith, progress, justice, economy, arts, literature, education, health, security, and community hold significant value to GOD’s KINGDOM where WE BELONG...just like everyone else.
